Spin: Ride the Rhythm

 Torched calories and high-octane energy. Our Spin sessions take you through a series of intervals and climbs designed to boost your metabolism and tone your legs. No experience required—just bring a water bottle, a towel, and your drive to succeed. Clip in and let’s ride! 


 

  • What to bring: Comfortable workout gear, athletic shoes (or SPD cleats), a water bottle, and a sweat towel.


  • Arrival: Please arrive 5-10 minutes early so our instructor can help you properly set up your bike!

Zumba®: Ditch the Workout, Join the Party!

 Total body transformation has never felt this good. Our Zumba classes are designed for everyone—regardless of dance experience or fitness level. We mix low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party. Just follow our expert instructors, find the beat, and let loose. No rhythm? No problem! Just keep moving and have a blast 


 

  • Vibe: Fun, loud music, and a supportive community.


  • What to wear: Comfortable sneakers with good lateral support and breathable workout clothes.

Cardio Sculpt & Tone: The Total Body Upgrade

  The ultimate mix of fat-burning aerobics and functional toning. This class focuses on building lean muscle and improving cardiovascular health through a fast-paced circuit of movement. Perfect for all fitness levels looking for a fun, challenging, and effective way to transform their body. 


 

  • Focus: Fat burning, muscle endurance, and core stability.


  • Intensity: Moderate to High (Modifications always provided!).


  • Equipment: We provide the weights and bands—just bring your energy!
